EVALUASI USABILITY APLIKASI PEDULILINDUNGI MENGGUNAKAN METODE USABILITY TESTING DAN SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE

Aplikasi PeduliLindungi merupakan terobosan pemerintah berbentuk aplikasi untuk dapat melacak guna menghentikan penularan Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). ini memiliki ulasan negatif seperti loading yang terlalu lama saat membuka aplikasi, terkesan memaksa selalu diperbaharui, dan seringnya terjadi kegagalan melakukan check-in. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penggalian masalah pengukuran tingkat usability. Pada penelitian digunakan usability testing system scale dengan menggunakan task scenario kuesioner. Masalah didapatkan dari pengujian pada ialah mahasiswa merasa kesulitan tidak adanya lokasi akurat lengkap, mengalami menentukan terdekat ada radius jarak, menemukan rute menuju ke lokasi. Hasil diantaranya adalah kemudahan sebesar 100%, kecepatan 0,02 goals/sec, kesalahan 0,075 kepuasan 0%-51% PeduliLindungiKata Kunci: Usability, Usability Testing,
